PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

*Products may be returned for a full refund/salon credit within SEVEN (7) days with the original receipt; product must be unused and in resalable condition, and will be refunded/salon credit to the original tender.

*If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, you must contact Xhale Beauty Lounge within 72 hours. We are happy to correct our mistakes; however you must speak with a salon director about your situation. After 72 hours, re-dos will not be guaranteed.

*Xhale Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse any service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*If for any reason you cannot make your appointment time, we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. If notice has not been given and there was a no show, Xhale Beauty Lounge has the right to ask for a credit card number prior to booking the appointment.

*Your appointment time is reserved for you. In the event of a late arrival, our service providers will modify the treatment to accommodate the amount of time available.
